As Operations Manager, Spencer oversees Cru’s logistics and streamlines the efficiency of Cru’s catering division. He graduated from the College of Charleston in 2014 and is currently the youngest person in the current and past management teams of Cru Catering, a great accomplishment!
Perfectly suited for this role, Spencer grew up visiting country clubs throughout the southeast with his father, who has been a part of the PGA as Head Golf Professional for over 25 years. That culture and sport taught him the importance of hospitality and respect in the world today.
His customer service and management experience and his ability to adapt to any situation have served him well at Cru.
In his free time you can catch him making birdies on the golf course, taking pictures of his gorgeous city, Charleston, or perfecting one of many ongoing graphic design projects. He has lived downtown for 11 years now and loved every minute of it!
