Toronto-native, Jessie Ikonomidis joined Cru Catering in 2022 as a Catering Director. Prior to joining the Cru family, Jessie graduated from the College of Charleston in 2017 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Following graduation, she went on to work with St. Regis Aspen Resort and helped to orchestrate signature events such as Snow Polo and Food & Wine Aspen. Ikonomidis also executed one of the first brand, media, and influencer trips with Madhappy, a popular loungewear brand, at the St. Regis Aspen Resort.
From a young age, Jessie was drawn to the hospitality industry. Today, she continues to cherish visits to restaurants, bars, and hotels that create memorable guest experiences. Her fascination with fast-paced work environments coupled with her hyper-organizational skills, efficient work ethic, and extremely social nature, is the key to her success as Catering Director at Cru Catering. Jessie works best in a teamwork-driven environment – much like what she has found at Cru – and trusts in her team to deliver on the tasks they are responsible for. Being on-site at the beautiful event locations and meeting new people in the industry are simply just bonuses to her beloved role.
In her free time, you can find Jessie relaxing by the water, keeping her mind and body active with pilates and reading, and spending time with friends and family.
