Cru Catering Director, Grant Patrick, has always felt a genuine love for providing service and cultivating relationships with clientele in the hospitality industry. Throughout his time working in the catering industry, Grant has continued his passion in making sure that both guests and clients alike have the best experience possible.
After graduating from Clemson University in 2009 with a B.S. degree in Economics, Grant returned to his home in the lowcountry, kickstarting his successful career in the hospitality industry. After serving as a Regional Manager for a local New York style pizzeria for eight years, Grant eventually brought his expertise to a Charleston based food and beverage company where he held numerous roles and managed five brick and mortar locations. Today, Grant brings his skills and knowledge of the catering industry to Cru Catering, where he’s excited to create special memories for his clients. When it comes to his management style, Grant describes himself as a natural leader, using a hands-on coaching style to help people grow and develop their skills to become successful.
When he’s not in the office, you can find Grant camping, kayaking, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife, Tiffany, and their adorable pitbull, Maya.
