Colin is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, and made his way to Charleston with his wife while visiting her family.

He has been immersed in the food and beverage world since the age of fifteen, building experience across both front and back of house, including time spent bartending while serving as a restaurant general manager. What started as simply the first job he could find quickly turned into a genuine passion for hospitality, driven by the energy of the environment and the people within it.

Colin describes his work style as relaxed but highly engaged, valuing a team-first approach and the positive, supportive culture that surrounds him. He takes pride in creating experiences that meet and exceed guest expectations, ensuring every detail aligns with what was promised.

Outside of work, Colin stays busy with family life, often playing chauffeur to his kids’ soccer games and dance practices, and enjoying time on the water whenever he can.
