All the Delicious Menu Details from Olympian, Tara Lipinski’s Charleston Wedding

We were thrilled to be chosen as the caterer for the wedding of Former Olympic figure skater, Tara Lipinski, and Fox Sports Producer Todd Kapostasy. It’s an honor to work with any bride and groom on their special day and we consider every event magical, but this one did leave us feeling particularly proud.

People Magazine covered the Charleston wedding in detail and included tidbits about our delicious and crowd-pleasing chicken and waffles. Served in two varieties, guests could choose from fried chicken served in a waffle cone or friend chicken atop mini waffles, both served with maple bacon remoulade. The question of the night- would you like a cone or waffle?

The dinner service was equally elegant and exceptionally romantic, and allowed us to show off some of our heartier offerings. We continued late into the night to make sure we kept guests fed during their dancing and revelry, offering late night snacks like mini Philly cheese steaks, French toast bites and adult milkshakes.

The chocolate Kahlua milkshakes served with French fries were a hit with everyone – what’s better than a delicious salty sweet combo after an epic night of celebrating!

What a privilege it was to work with the bride and groom, their amazing coordinator, Mindy Weiss, and the entire team at Middleton Place that helped to pull off this fantastic event.
