Cru Catering Welcomes Chef Justin Broome as Partner

Cru Catering, one of Charleston’s premier caterers, is proud to announce a partnership with chef Justin Broome, owner of FUEL Cantina, a Caribbean-inspired restaurant in the heart of downtown Charleston. Together, the two will oversee all aspects of Cru Catering, including enhancing culinary opportunities under the Cru and FUEL brands.

Chef Broome is a graduate of Johnson and Wales, with degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from Johnson and Wales. Broome interned at the Hotel Boulderado and has extensive experience in catering. He is also the owner of Pitch restaurant consultants and a partner with The New Primal, a health food company.
