We love how Charleston hustle and bustles during the fall and holiday seasons. The weather is nice and there is always something for everyone to do! Next on our list is Charleston Magazine’s ‘Giving Back Awards’. Yours truly will be serving up succulent dishes at the official after party celebration.
The 8th Annual Giving Back Awards, thrown by Charleston Magazine and the Coastal Community Foundation, celebrates the act of philanthropy throughout the Lowcountry. Held each year at the end of Philanthropy Week this celebration allows recognition in categories such as best Volunteer, Creative Talent, Business, Community Catalyst, and the Jerry Zucker Lifetime Achievement Award. Nominations were submitted by the public and scored by a panel of judges.
Join us this year on Friday, November 15th at the Memminger Auditorium for Cocktails, Awards, Food and Live Entertainment, by Shiny Disco Ball Band featuring Quiana Parler. Guests will even be able to select the Nonprofit of the Year via live-texting!
Cocktails 7 P.M./ Awards Show 8 P.M./ Celebration 9:30 P.M.
Tickets:
VIP: $95 each or $160 per couple. Includes a seat on the floor of the auditorium plus after-party celebration with open bar, food and live entertainment.
Individual: $75 each or $130 per couple. Includes auditorium and balcony seating plus after-party celebration with open bar, food and live entertainment.
