Cru Review- Kudos to Dara

We were so humbled to get this letter from a recent Cru Bride we just had to share and give a huge shout out to Dara Jones- she rocked this event! We are proud to have her as part of the Cru Family!

“I worked with Dara Jones for my wedding this past May.  She reached out to me the other day to review Cru Catering on Wedding Wire, which I happily did.  As I was writing the review, it reminded me how awesome she was to work with and I wanted to take a few moments share that with both of you.

I planned my own wedding and worked with a bunch of vendors…. she was, by far, the best to work with…. a breath of fresh air!  I worked at a private country club in my previous career and understand the importance of providing excellent customer service and creating raving fans.  Normally, people just let you know when something goes wrong & too often people don’t let you know when things go right. 

Dara answered the phone when I first called Cru last fall to ask about catering options.  She was so very detailed, professional and helpful.  We exchanged many, many, many emails over the next few months finalizing all of the specifics – from the bar & buffet menu to staffing and the overall flow of the evening.  I am sure she was extremely busy with other events and day-to-day duties, but each time she promptly responded in a cheerful & positive manner.  She made the planning process very easy and stress free.  

She was on point the day of the wedding and everything went off without a hitch – set up, cocktail hour, champagne toast, dinner, cake cutting and clean up.  She and the whole Pit Crew most definitely went above & beyond with their customer service and attention to detail.  They even packed up all the table décor and food & put it in our cottages at the end of the evening.  I had friends & family members ask who she was because she was so friendly to everyone.  I wish she could have been one of my guests! 

She was truly wonderful to work with from beginning to end.  I wanted to be sure she was recognized for all of her hard work & excellent customer service.
