Sarah Chace

Executive Pastry Chef

Cortland, New York native, Sarah Chace, discovered her passion for the culinary arts at a very
early age because of her love for connecting with people and letting her creativity shine when it
came to creating desserts.

Sarah graduated from SUNY Delhi in New York in 2018, where she received her Bachelor’s
Degree for Culinary Arts Management. During her time in college, Sarah contributed her skills to
the Kevin Zraly dinner, where she curated desserts to complement each special wine tasted that
night for 200 guests.

One of her proudest moments was the creation of a gingerbread snow globe display. The
display featured 20 unique gingerbread houses encased in glass globes, decorated with sugar
windows to mimic stained glass. Even after her departure, these globes continue to adorn the
restaurant’s entrance every holiday season.

Chase’s management style can be described as organized, driven by a desire to help others
learn and grow.

In her free time, you can find Sarah exploring new places and trying new restaurants with her 6
year old cat named Nala.
