Originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina sous chef Natalie Autry received her Culinary Arts Associates degree from Johnson & Wales University in 2002 and went on to pursue a degree in Food & Beverage Management in 2005.
Autry’s major career highlights include menu planning and cooking for Medal of Honor Recipients and also cooking for multiple Presidential candidates.
Her favorite drinks are a Beefeaters Gin and ginger with a twist of orange and a Makers Mark…..neat, and she has never met a curry dish she didn’t like!
Autry is overly organized, a team player, and creative. She loves gardening, her chickens, and fur babies Pearl, Floppie Handsome, and Mazikeen Jemimah.
